Back To The Future.

I am in love with this project. I have always had a strange obsession with old photographs. I try to imagine the events surrounding the taking of the picture. What was the subject doing that day? That year? What was their childhood like? Who were they going to be in 20 years? Irina Werning has managed to capture the answers in her project titled "Back to the Future". Participants reenact photos taken in their childhood and the effect is sweet, funny, and incredibly poignant.
